1 – Reservations
All reservations and modifications must be made in writing to welcome@aviatichotel.com and guaranteed by bank card.

2 – Cancellation policy
Please see the cancellation policy for your selected rate.

3 – Arrivals/Departures
- On arrival, rooms are available from 14:00.
- On departure, rooms must be vacated by 12:00 at the latest.

4 – Late arrivals
The hotel accepts late arrivals up to 20:00.  After this time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations, except when written confirmation has been received indicating a later arrival time.

5 – Children
The Aviatic Hotel is delighted to accept free of charge one child under 12 sharing a Prestige room with 1 or 2 adults.
